The beginning

This is the beginning of our journey...we are just now finalizing our workout plans and soon we will set the start date. An important part of this journey is setting goals for ourselves so we know what we want to get out of this.

My goals:
1. I will not let the distance between Florida and Ohio separate us. <3
2. I will stick to the workout plan.
3. I will challenge myself.
